| Just as in the first "casa dei bambini" or children's house in Rome, very young children today love to participate in the real work of the family - such the cleaning, dusting, cooking, gardening - with real child-size tools that help them do a good job. Favorite activities at this age include: cutting and serving fruit and vegetables, all aspects of cooking and baking, setting a beautiful table with flowers and candles for a real meal, cleaning up after a meal, washing dishes, and other activities suited to their particular culture. NOTE: This are real tools, not toys. Many of them should be used under adult supervision. Safety first. |
