GB420 GRAZIE SILVANA! Montessori Assistants to Infancy (DVD) SOLD OUT

Parents, grandparents, teachers, we will all find something in this short video to raise our awareness of what the human being is capable of with our support. In this 10-minute tribute to Dr. Montanaro by Karin Salzmann, full of love and humor, you will see a bit of A to I history, and video clips and pictures of the amazing potential of children. In 1947 Dr. Maria Montessori began the Montessori Assistants to Infancy (A to I) program in Rome, Italy. Thirty years later Silvana Quattrocchi Montanaro, MD, brought it to the United States and has since helped to spread this wisdom to many other countries. In this tribute to Dr. Montanaro one sees a bit of A to I history, and more importantly, video clips and pictures of the amazing potential of children, communicating and concentrating at 2 months, dressing, preparing food, gardening, cleaning and helping with laundry, working with puzzles, enjoying and creating art and music, all before the age of three years. Karin Salzmann (1931-2013), the founding director of the Association Montessori International in the United States, created this video to honor Dr. Montanaro and Karinís elegant voice provides the narration. Friends from many places contributed pictures and video clips.
