In our home we once had these on the dining room table for weeks. Everyone who came in to the house, children and adults alike, sat down and started making designs, some vertical and some horizontal. This is a wonderful exploration of the geometric patterns that can be made with different shapes. There are 250 smooth wooden pieces: yellow hexagons, orange squares, green triangles, red trapezoids, blue parallelograms, and natural wood rhombi.
